This data is only collected for subscriptions to the CESAM newsletter. Subscriptions take place via a contact form and after obtaining the user’s explicit consent.
The sole purpose of this newsletter is to send interested persons technical information related to the marine, transport and aviation insurance sector.
Personal data collected when subscribing will never be used for purposes other than sending this newsletter.
The data will be stored in a secure database accessible only by CESAM employees authorised to send this newsletter and CESAM IT department employees.
Any user can request the modification or deletion of the personal data collected for this purpose, or to unsubscribe from the CESAM newsletter, by emailing info@cesam.org
Upon receipt of such a request, CESAM undertakes to delete such personal data from its database within 72 hours, and not to retain any copies thereof.
