General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) – Recruiters

Between the Committee for Studies and Services of Maritime and Transport Insurers (CESAM), an Economic Interest Grouping with its registered office at 11-15 rue Saint Georges – 75009 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 351030200, represented by Mr. Pascal DUBOIS in his capacity as Managing Director,
hereinafter referred to as “CESAM”.

And,

The individual or legal entity purchasing or subscribing to services offered on the CESAM website in the "TALENTS" section,
hereinafter referred to as "the recruiter",

Furthermore,

The following has been stated and agreed upon:

CESAM, through its online platform https://www.cesam.org/talent, offers, for a fee, exclusively to recruiters, access to recruitment services, job postings, and/or candidate profiles.
The recruiter has registered or placed an order online in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "GTCS").

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions under which the CESAM website (www.cesam.org) provides recruiters with services for posting and highlighting job offers in the TALENTS section. All service orders imply unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

2. Services Offered

The platform offers recruiters:

  • Publication of job offers (internships, apprenticeships, fixed-term contracts, permanent contracts) for an initial minimum duration of 4 months, according to the following terms:
    Purchase of individual offers or,
    Purchase of offer packages valid for 12 months
  • Extension of existing offers for a minimum of 1 month, renewable
  • Paid option to highlight offers ("boost") for one week.

3. Pricing

Prices in effect on the date of order:

  • Internship/Apprenticeship: €125
  • Fixed-term/Permanent Contract: €250

Packages: 5 offers (€600), 10 offers (€1,500), 20 offers (€2,500), 50 offers (€5,000)

Extension: €40/month

Boost: €50/week per offer (maximum 3 simultaneously)

Prices are quoted in euros excluding VAT. CESAM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; confirmed orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of confirmation.

4. Ordering and Payment

Services can be ordered directly online. Payment is made either by credit card or bank transfer.

For payment by bank transfer, the listing will only be published upon receipt of payment into CESAM's bank account.

For payment by credit card, the advertisement can be published immediately.
The order is firm and final upon receipt of payment. No cancellations or refunds are possible once the service is activated.

5. Duration of Offer Display

Each offer is published for an initial period of 4 months. It can be extended according to the applicable rates. Deleting an offer before its expiry date does not entitle the user to a refund.

6. Recruiter Obligations

The recruiter agrees to publish only legal, non-discriminatory offers that comply with labor law; to provide accurate and up-to-date information; and not to misuse the platform. The platform reserves the right to suspend or delete any non-compliant offer.

7. Liability

The platform acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality of applications or the hiring of a candidate. It cannot be held liable for consequences related to the accuracy of the information published.

8. Billing and Archiving

An invoice is generated for each order and archived in accordance with legal requirements (10 years).

9. Personal Data

The data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR and the privacy policy. Recruiters are also responsible for processing the personal data of candidates received through their job postings.

10. Termination and Suspension

In the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the platform may suspend or terminate access to the service without compensation.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where the company's registered office is located in Paris.
