Reporting Procedure – TALENTS Platform

1. Purpose

This procedure defines the methods for reporting content or behaviors that violate the General Terms of Use or applicable laws.

2. Reportable Content or Behaviors

• Fraudulent or misleading job offers
• Offers contrary to legislation
• CVs or profiles containing false information
• Inappropriate or harassing messages
• Attempted scams or identity theft

3. Reporting Methods

Users can report via email to signalement@cesam.org, specifying the relevant link, the nature of the problem, and any useful information.

4. Processing of Reports

Each report is analyzed within a maximum of 72 business hours. In the event of manifestly illicit content or content contrary to the General Terms of Use or Sale, the platform may suspend or remove the content and the account concerned, and if necessary, inform the authorities.

5. Follow-up and Notification

An acknowledgment of receipt is sent upon receipt of the reporting email. At the end of the review, the author of the report is informed of the decision taken.

6. Possible Sanctions

Removal of content, account suspension or deletion, restriction of features, referral to competent authorities.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

Reports are processed confidentially. The data collected is limited to what is strictly necessary and retained for a maximum of 12 months.
