The carried personal information is recorded in a data file in the CESAM, 8 rue d’Artois 75008 Paris. Your personal information will be kept as long as necessary. According to the applicable legal and statutory requirements, in particular the law N 78-17 of January 6th, 1978 modified relating to the computing, to the files and to the liberties and the European regulation n°2016 / 679 / EU of April 27th, 2016 (applicable from May 25th,2018), you can exercise your right of access, of rectification, portability and disappearance of your personal data by contacting our RGPD representative Mr ESCOFFIER Patrick by email pescoffier.rgpd@cesam.org. We shall handle or shall use your data only as far as it is necessary to contact you, ensure the processing of your requests, access or ensure our services. In the event that a longer retention period is imposed under a legal or regulatory provision, for example as part of an ongoing claims settlement, we will return to you to inform of the reason for the failure to comply with your request to delete or modify your personal data. CESAM undertakes not to sell, rent, assign or give access to third parties to your data without your prior consent, unless it is required to do so on legitimate grounds (legal obligation, fight against fraud or abuse, exercise of the rights of the defense, etc.).
