Creation and management of a rigging team specialized in textile and rod of up to 4 people, coordinating additional riggers to reinforce the core team on larger projects.
• Engineering, sizing, replacement, and installation of running and standing rigging systems, including supervision of mast installation operations, rig tuning, and management of hydraulic systems on board. Coordination and supervision of rigging teams during mast unstepping and stepping operations, ensuring safety, planning, and execution efficiency.
